Package «Stress-Free»

Stress-Free is coordination of the entire wedding day, run by a team of two to three coordinators. It is the most popular choice for a traditional wedding — a ceremony, guests, and a banquet in the evening — and the reason it exists is simple. On the day, every question has to go to someone. This package makes sure that someone is us, and not you, and not your parents.

Before the wedding, I go back through every agreement you have made with your vendors and confirm the details each of them is actually working from. Out of that come the timeline the day runs to and the checklists the team works from, so that on the day nobody is improvising and nobody is calling you to ask what was agreed.

On the day itself, a coordinator meets each arrival — the caterers, the florists, your host, your guests and the two of you — and from there we hold the timing of the evening: when the food goes out, when the performers are on, when the cake comes out. Timings move at every wedding. The difference is whether someone is watching them and adjusting quietly, or whether the room finds out at the same moment you do.

Your guests are looked after as their own piece of work: transfers, finding their way around the venue, and the small requests that would otherwise find their way to you. We also settle up with the vendors on the day itself, so that nobody is looking for the couple with an invoice in the middle of their own wedding.

When the final part of the programme is over, we collect the flowers and the gifts, so that nothing is left behind at the venue. What the package does not cover is planning the wedding itself: it runs a day you have already designed and booked, rather than sourcing the venue and the vendors for you.
